The "TPS/i+CMT" is a digital welding machine that achieves a very stable welding process with low spatter and low heat input. By utilizing precise waveform control performance and special wire feeding control, the molten pool is forcibly cooled. By repeating this control, both an increase in welding speed and an improvement in welding quality are achieved simultaneously. Additionally, by adding the CMT package to the TPS/i, the CMT welding process becomes possible, with the wire acceleration performance improved to twice that of conventional CMT and the welding speed increased by 1.3 times.
